Professional Development

Genesys is strongly committed to the ongoing professional development of its staff. Our training program consists of monthly workshops, coaching by an experienced senior engineer, an allowance to attend training workshops and regular company training meetings.

Genesys encourages its staff to do at least (the Engineers Australia recommended) 2 hours per week of extra-curricular training, study, reading and experimenting outside of work hours, in order to progress and maintain their skill and knowledge levels to the highest possible standard.

Work-Life Balance

Genesys staff are highly self-motivated, and work hard. Therefore it is imperative that we relax and exercise properly. The senior Genesys staff actively encourage this within the staff, and weekly activities such as soccer, jogging, table tennis, chess, music, and flying model aircraft. On a more occasional basis, we also mix socially outside of work hours.

Interns and Students

Genesys partners with local universities and regularly employs undergraduate electrical, mechatronic and software engineers, providing industrial experience or vocational work in the product development arena.
