Genesys founder and CEO Geoff Sizer has a lifelong passion for electronics and technology,
and an ongoing commitment to the electronics engineering profession.
He has more than 35 years experience in electronic product development ranging from complex systems
to simple consumer goods for a diverse range of industries and applications.
Geoff is a Fellow of Engineers Australia, a Chartered Professional Engineer and registered on the National Professional Engineers Register. As a former President of the IREE, Geoff was instrumental in the formation of the ITEE College in Engineers Australia, and remains an active participant on the ITEE College Board.
During his career Geoff has acted as a Director or Chief Technical Officer for several leading technology firms including Advanced Systems Research Pty Ltd, Advanced Spectrum Technologies Pty Ltd, EMC Assessors Pty Ltd, Telezygology Inc and Embertec Pty Ltd.
Geoff's passion for electronics and the Australian electronics industry, and a commitment to professionalism, has allowed Geoff to successfully lead Genesys for the past 25 years, and to develop a culture amongst our staff which allows us to offer our customers a “One Pass to Production” guarantee. This is unique amongst electronics design services in Australia. It is only possible through the application of a comprehensive and mature Quality Assurance system, backed up by Geoff’s insistence on attention to detail and the striving for excellence.
Geoff along with all senior members of Genesys staff takes a very active role in our electronics engineering and software development activities.

Geoff is known for his competent management ability, exceptional attention to detail, sound research skills, in depth knowledge of technologies, and an approach that always strives for perfection. It is this nature that has pervaded all aspects of Genesys and has given us our drive to be the best at what we do.
Geoff is involved in the strategic planning, financial management and general management functions day to day. However, his passion for technology always keeps him technically involved. He personally reviews most circuit designs, engages in product concept development, architectural design, compliance work and complex research tasks.
