Our History
The predecessor to Genesys, Gestech Pty Ltd was formed in 1991 by Geoff Sizer. The operations of the business grew through the 90's establishing Gestech as a leading electronics design consultancy.
In 2001, Gestech moved to a new premises in Pymble, situated beside a nature reserve of native vegetation and a small creek. The new premises would provide the foundation for the next decade or so of growth, and a relaxed, natural and fertile working environment.
In 2003 Genesys Electronics Design was formed to facilitate expansion of Gestech’s operations and to promote a more open share structure. From 2004 to 2008 Geoff worked in North America, and returned to Australia in 2009 and take on a role as CEO.
In 2009 Genesys expanded its operations, acquiring additional office space, staff, tools, clients and projects. Our current focus is the further professional development of staff, and infusion of our company culture throughout.
The Genesys premises in Pymble on Sydney's North Shore provide the foundation for growth, and a relaxed, natural and fertile working environment.
